2 Interviews: First interview via Zoom, Second interview in-person. Formal setting, business casual, friendly environment. Lots of questions based directly on the job itself rather than examples of difficult situations.

It was laid back, but with very pointed questions and they are looking for you to answer the question directly talking up your qualities. They also asked for me to prepare a PD on ENL scaffolding strategies to deliver in front of a teach including the HR representative, the Director of RBERN, three Resource Specialists, the Program Support Administrative Assistant, and the Director of PRHYLI.
