I had applied for this position via LinkedIn.
Step 1:
After a few days, I got an email, asking me to complete an assignment and upload it to Github.
Step 2:
Once I had uploaded assignment, I constantly had to be in touch with HR, to know further process, which he replied, we will let you know.
Step 3:
I had a call with HR lead, as a culture fit round, expectations and other details. (Non technical)
Step 4:
After a week, my technical round 1 was scheduled. Interviewer lost his network connection and entire round happened on a phone call, where he asked me about all nodejs concepts and linked list.
After this round HR kept on telling manager is out for some business work, then financial year end etc.
Later I got a different offer, and the HR ghosted me, after telling me, he will bring up my salary expectations in office meeting.
They wanted early joiners, but this entire process, until interview took 3 months. Pure case of mismangement
