Interview
Applied online and was contacted the same week by HR. Following the HR interview was an interview with the senior management team. Finally the decision the next week after, overall the process took about 3-4 weeks.
The interview process was very smooth and done professionally. The HR team as well as the other employees responded in a timely manner to enquiries and everyone was open to questions. Overall, the interview process was excellent and done with professionality.

I was approached with the talent acquisition team first who completed a telephone interview and described the job. They also asked about my salary expectations. I then was booked in for a virtual interview with the manager and director of the team.

Never heard anything back after the interview. Tried following up twice and very unprofessional in my opinion. If the recruiter from Questrade is reading this please be willing to share the feedback with the applicants and Atleast give any response.

Seems like they had already selected the candidate and had made their decision and were just jot too much involved in the interview!
2-3 step interview process all done via phone call and GoogleMeet video chat (occurred during covid).
First interview is with HR specialist and the next interview(s) scheduled about the following week later is with the hiring manager and chief client officer.
