I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quick Release in Nov 2025
Interview
The assessment centre involved teamwork, and a verbal presentation. In the groupwork, the QnA was pressurising, to test the candidate's ability to perform under stress. Overall process was very efficient, and though it took several hours, it went by quickly.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions were based more on the group task, than an individual interview.
There were video interviews, 5 questions in total , each was 2 minutes. The questions were about continuous learning, biggest achievement, failure etc. I appreciate them providing a feedback but it was not really a feedback
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Quick Release (London, England) in June 2024
Interview
The process involved an initial phone call (<4 mins), online tests, one-way online video interview, group interview. It was very long! Took a lot of time over 2 months and too much effort.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Standard HR interview questions in one-way video (biggest weakness, strength, why do you want this job, why would you be good at this job, relevant skills/experience). Did not enjoy the group interview - does not give us the chance to interact with the QR team directly or ask questions. I understand it's to see how the candidates perform in group discussions, however it's not right for that to be the ONLY in-person (online) interview. There should be a 1:1 aswell, Stupid interview process.
