The process took about two weeks, I applied through Indeed directly. Initial call with the talent acquisition manager which was professional but laid back to gain knowledge on the various areas of expertise that I had. Then I had a take home test which was fairly straight forward to complete. After successfully passing this, I was able to move to the final stage which was a 2 hour interview with the team and the talent acquisition manager again. It consisted of: - Introductions - Questions on my Coding Project - A Code Review session - Set questions looking at my experience, knowledge and motivations - Additional questions they may have - A chance for me to ask them questions I honestly thoroughly enjoyed the process despite the fact I was not successful. The whole team was very friendly and really made me feel at ease.
