Interview
CV screening, followed by a technical excel test and a self led video interview. The final 2 steps are the assessment centre and a final interview. AC was a 6 hour day where you have to give a 3.5 minute presentation on any topic of your choice. Then a group presentation on allocating a large budget to 4 main departments for a theme park and finally a technical test on excel.

The assessment centre was very long and unnecessarily drawn out. Silly ice breakers and barely any breaks. Long presentation about nothing. I would not recommend.

Reasonably engaging process and easy to navigate with good communication from recruitment team, but significant time allocation and absolutely no feedback despite significant effort towards application.
