Interview
I completed a couple of online video interviews with Ian Hogg, who was very friendly and straightforward. I was then invited to complete a technical test whereby I was given a flowchart of Quilter's automated customer service phone system and asked to spend 30 minutes identifying all the areas that would need testing, what tests should be performed and why (considering cost-benefit and pros and cons of certain tests).

Question 1
'Look through this flowchart of Quilter's automated phone customer service system and identify all the different points that need to be tested, the types of tests that should be applied and why. Consider edge cases, stress testing, the frequencies used in the phone lines, the cadence and tone used by the automated voice replies, etc.'
