The GM called me schedule an appointment I went there 15 minutes early and waited almost an hour. He will come shake your hand and ask you normal questions then will hire because they desperately need someone regardless since Bdc managers quit less then two weeks average.

It is a setup, you have no experience, no education, can't work 70 hours, no worries you're hired by the GM! Why because they have to fill the position due to the CEO orders. And you won't be being correctly just enough to stay quiet.
