For a startup, I thought the process showed great maturity for ensuring a cultural and skills fit. I completed 3 case studies as part of the process: the first was just verbal in my second interview, the second as part of the power day which materials were shared so it was known, and the third was a more in-depth and written deliverable focused on planning my first 90 days in the role.
