I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Quotum (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
There are 2 interviews. One informational.
They have you take an IQ test. Then send you some materials from W3schools to go over. Most of the test is from W3schools quiz. And it's predominantly on html. there are a couple of very basic questions on javascript. This test is why I didn't take the company seriously. In my second interview, they didn't even bring up the 100 I know I scored on the test. They asked logic javascript questions and framework questions. Interviewers are very nice.
Then I meet back with the recruiter. On three different occasions, the recruiter told me something different. These jobs require you to go through a 12-week training. NO matter your experience. They don't ask for your GitHub. have you build anything just give you html test and say you don't enough. However, before you start. You have to sign a 3-year contract to work for them. If you find something better depending on how far along with you in the training you have to pay them plus legal fees if you can't pay up 12 thousand in 10 days.
