I interviewed at Rémy Cointreau USA (Texas City, TX)
Interview
initial interview was a typical screening interview, followed by two virtual 'superday' interviews where two employees interviewed you at the same time, then you switched to the second set. This format made the process succinct and easier to prepare for versus the 3-4 months on average it takes to interview with other companies.

Question 1
how do you manage your time to be successful in your role?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Rémy Cointreau USA
Interview
I was asked to come at a time I initially said I could not do because of work but wound up taking a half day because it seemed like an interesting position. After meeting with their HR representative, I was told to wait for those in Finance. After five or so minutes of waiting, the HR representative approached me to say that there was a meeting that they just "had to attend" and could we "reschedule"? As unprofessional as this was, things happen, so I said absolutely and she told me they'd be in contact by the end of the week. That was over a month ago and after numerous phone calls and emails, I still do not know what is going on. I decided to withdraw my name as if you're going to treat an interviewee this way, how will you treat me as an employee?
Thank you for your candor. At times, our feedback can be missed when it is channeled through third parties, such as staffing agencies. We appreciate letting us know that information regarding your candidacy was not transmitted to you in an appropriate timeframe. We do our best to give feedback to our candidates in a timely manner and will work towards ensuring our staffing agency partners communicate that feedback and it is not lost along the way.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Rémy Cointreau USA (New York, NY) in Nov 2016
Interview
1st round phone interview with HR. Asked fairly basic questions and answered any questions I had. HR was comfortable and easy to talk to. Said her notes would go to hiring manager to review after our call. Waiting to hear back
Welcome to RCUSA! Glad to hear you had a positive HR experience. It is very important to us in Human Resources that our candidates are treated well. While not every interview process concludes with an employment offer, it is vital that candidates are treated with respect and feel the process was professional. Word of mouth is vital to the success of any company. Thank you for providing your feedback!
