I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at R/GA in Aug 2010
Interview
Recruiter contacted me through linkedin and tried to poach me from my current position. Phone interview with recruiter was blasé... mostly questions about salary. I ended up talking to two different teams over teh course of a few weeks. The interviews were haphazard--random creative directors didn't show up or showed up late, making me re-present my portfolio halfway through... Creative leads didn't seem to be briefed on how to give an interview. Very awkward with a combination of chatty and textbook questions with little room to provide insight. I also never got business cards or full names for people so I was unable to follow up with specific questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at R/GA in June 2025
Interview
I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter about two weeks later for an initial screening call. The first conversation focused on my background, portfolio, and experience working with cross-functional teams. After that, I had a second interview with a design lead where we went deeper into one of my case studies and discussed how I approach design thinking, collaboration, and design decisions.

Interview
The interview process consisted of speaking with HR, Creative Director & Managing Director. With an additional conversation from a memeber of the team. Everyone was very interesting, and kind - the interviews were more conversational and relaxed, and overall a great experience.

Interview
Muito éticos e educados. Bem respeitosos e entendem do que falam. Com certeza indicaria essa experiência. Foi uma entrevista comum, mas com perguntas profundas e densas diferente do que se encontra na área.
