I applied through university. I interviewed at R/GA (New York, NY) in May 2015
Interview
I was asked to show 3 projects in digital format and just talk through. And then just chatting. Very comfortable process and great environment. They have a very good program for the interns, you will have 2 projects in your internship. one is assist the team of the employees, another one is to collaborate with the interns to do the assigned project.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at R/GA (Melbourne) in Nov 2021
Interview
Terrible-they reached out to me as they were interested in my experience. The initial HR interview was initially scheduled 30 minutes after I replied that I was interested in the role-then it was rescheduled 2 more times because of mistakes in time differences. I asked for 1 reschedule as I had a meeting and could not attend-the interview was then cancelled and I never heard from them again! Seriously? This was for a director level role- I wasn't even asked to submit interview times that would work for my schedule-how can you expect a candidate to be available at the drop of a hat? Dodged a bullet on this one.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at R/GA (New York, NY) in Mar 2013
Interview
First interview was an on-campus recruiting interview. It was pretty straightforward and only took up 10 minutes of the allotted 30 minute interview time (which led me to believe that it might have gone badly, but it turns out it didn't). There was a follow-up interview about 2 weeks later, done remotely. This interview was pretty straightforward as well and was a good opportunity to ask questions about current projects and what the position would entail. Overall, both interviews felt more like conversations than like formal interviews, which was a good experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not really anything in particular that stood out as difficult. Mostly just asked me to describe my projects and processes in detail.
