R+L Global Logistics interview questions

I received an email that they wanted to proceed with an interview. The next day, I was scheduled for an interview and the interviewer never called. The next day I received an email that they would not be proceeding with my application. I'm not upset with not being selected. My issue is wasting my time to not show up to an interview and not communicate earlier of not proceeding.

The interview process included a phone screening, an online assessment, and an in-person interview. I was asked to come into the main office and was escorted to the conference room. The recruiting team was willing to work with me to schedule an interview in the timeframe I had (after normal business hours)
