Several round of Teams meeting. Interviewer were technical and managerially quite sound. They had good question to ask, people with good good technical exposure and latest industry standard s knowledge can crack easily.

Interview was pretty straightforward with minimal difficulty level. However, the interviewer was in a hurry to prove his expertise with varied topics. He was with less than 7 years of experience interviewing 12+years candidate. That explains the rush. Organization should invest some time in training their interviewers on conducting interviews.
