I was first contacted by an HR person in a different location, with whom I talked about my goals, what the position entailed, etc. Then I had an interview with the branch manager. Honestly, it was a bit awkward. He didn't seem to really have any typical interview questions to ask me. It was mostly "tell me about yourself" and the like. He also explained the position in more detail (which sounded overwhelming and boring the way he described it). He was nice, but it just felt a bit unorganized. Then I talked to a "pod leader" about the same type of things.
