      29 Sept 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Phila, PA
      Accepted offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at R2L (Phila, PA) in Apr 2011

      Interview

Met with a few different managers and was asked different questions about my previous jobs and experience. If the managers feel that u might be a good fit, they ask you to come in and start training with the other bartenders. After three days of training, they will decide if they are going to keep you or not.
