It was a simple interview and It was like a chat, Started off fairly basic asking about the job role itself and if I knew what it involved and if I knew what my currrent department does.
It was a group interview, which itself was ok, however I didnt ever hear back. I found it was a waste of time with no feedback, because of this I personally wouldn’t recommend.

General group setting and then practice call with no training

Interview
Unorganised and Unprofessional. Group activities consisted of a geography test on motorways of UK, Ice breaker, “Listening test” which was really a bunch of riddles to work out! AVOID AVOID! The interview was over 2 hours long with upto 1 hour of waiting around for a 1-1 Interview. The managers are bored and don’t even sell the job at all! Seemed boring and they seemed uninterested. They definitely need a whole new interview process.
