I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at RANLife (Sandy, UT) in July 2020
Interview
Very transparent. Group presentation to inform potential candidates what to expect out of the position and company. And what the company expects out-of you. They also discuss compensation, benefits, and additional perks.

Interview
They start off doing a group presentation that talks about life at RANlife. They don't try to talk you into working there which is good. They go over pay and benefits. Starting pay is 12.00 for an unlicensed loan officer and 15.00 for a licensed loan officer. you do get commission but only after working there for so long. I just got the impression that the top staff just wanted to make money and golf all day and thats all they cared about. Didn't seem to care about their lower level employees. They expect people to just up and move their life to this company for 12.00 an hour. They claim this is a career path but lowering pay to almost mcdonalds starting wages is not the way to do it. This job is sales sales sales and almost straight commission based. after the group presentation they do one on one interviews to see who is the best fit for the company.
