I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RBC Life Sciences (Irving, TX) in Jan 2015
Interview
I was shown around the building while being given the job description. There was no testing of my computer skill or phone skills. They just wanted a body in the seat. They said they would train, which they did mostly by me sitting with another CSR.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at RBC Life Sciences (Irving, TX) in Oct 2017
Interview
I was brought in for my interview and the CS Manager showed me around. She didn't ask any questions about how I would handle situations or even if I could type or use standard MS software. She wanted to know if I could speak Chinese and asked me to talk to someone in the IT department that could speak. After that, I met with her boss, and after he sized me up, I went back with the manager to her cubicle. She asked if I wanted the job and I said yes. I didn't have to do drug testing or anything and was able to tell her when I wanted to start. The whole thing took about 30 minutes and then she took me around to meet the other staff.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at RBC Life Sciences (Irving, TX) in Jan 2013
Interview
Literally had no interview...got there and I was told about the job. They asked no questions about me or why I wanted the job and they hire based on looks and she even told me that after I was hired when they were hiring for another position. I was supposed to be drug tested but they never did.
