Interview
I had an interview at 10am with the production manager and no sooner I got home I was asked if I could come back @ 3pm the same day for a 2nd interview and after spending 1-1/2 hours going over all the details of the job with the Director of operations I got the job. Everyone I came in contact with were very friendly.

Interview
The interview was very comforting. The hiring manager was very clear cut and up front with what he is expecting of a prospective employer and what he his willing to tolerate. I enjoyed the comratery and professionalism he showed during the interview.
