The interview process was highly unprofessional. First they rescheduled the interview on the same day thrice. As the interviewer was late he sent some other staff to interview who didn't even bother to introduce themselves even after asking. If the manager wants to know the excel skills arrange a proper test but instead gives an old and slow laptop with older version of Excel and was continuously standing behind me. I was kept on hold but got no reply later.

Should have sound knowledge of FAV valuation. Prior experience is a must. Single round interview. Read about the company and try to find out the mandates they have had. Usually Director level person takes interview.
