I was referred by a member currently working in RCBC. After a few days, an email was sent by the Finance head and we set up a meeting time. When I arrived I was redirected to an empty meeting room and had the interview inside. After a few minutes of talking about basic background info, we discussed about some technical stuff. (The reason for this is because I had no prior working experience). The interview ended and I was asked to wait for further assessment.
