I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RCC Web Media Agency (Romeo, MI) in June 2015
Interview
The interview process was very bad. I was called initially for a phone interview and the lady at the time missed our scheduled phone call 3 times. I sent an alarming email to them and they immediately brought me in for an in-person interview (violating their interview process already). At my in-person interview they asked me questions and had others sit in that were not actually part of the interview process, aka I had an audience of people who were not part of the process and that's very unprofessional.
They were very quick during the process once it got going.
Thank you for sharing your opinion on the interview process here at RCC. We will take your thoughts into consideration when conducting interviews in the future. As we are a small company we like to ensure the new team member we are bringing on is a good fit for everyone and the position. We wish you luck on your future endeavors.

Interview
As I went in for my interview, I thought that it was very unprofessional. They pulled up some of the current works of their web person. As they asked me questions on how or what I could or would have done to improve, they laughed and made jokes about how bad the current designs were and started bad mouthing the person. I've never met their creative person but if that was me, I'd be very disappointed. This just proved to me that the reviews about this company was legit. I will not take this position because for one, that's probably the reason why they're looking for someone to fill in the spot because of this type of harassment. I looked at their current works and it definitely didn't look bad. Some were actually really good. Through out the entire interview, the guy that was interviewing me kept mentioning about how much experience he has in the creative field etc. of how he can also do this kind of work.

From Steve Eaton - CEO
I would personally like to thank you for sharing your interview experience. I was not aware that we were having an issue like the one you mentioned. Based on the date of your interview I have a good idea of which employee conducted your interview and can assure you that they are no longer with our company. This type of conduct during an interview or any conversation is not acceptable.
We currently have some positions available if you are still interested in working with our team. I can guarantee that the interview process will not be the same.
