They require a significant amount of work to move into the position by watching interviews, analyzing data and then sharing via creating a video what they should do in a situation: hire someone or not

The manager of the company lead the interview, and it was very general not linked with the requirements if the job that was available, but with the genera, experience of the applicant.

Interview
The interview process as far as I know takes 2 days to complete. An initial screening followed by an intensive interview. The initial screening was basically a way for them to get to know you and was very casual even though they made it seem like this was the only interview in the hiring process. I got called back for a second round, but I decided it wasn't worth my time.
