Interview
The application process is divided into two steps for this position since its not a high level position to start with.
1. Online application or resume submission in person to the Hr office
2. A single interview with the department manager and HR person.
The interview process had some basic behavioral questions to determine the personality or character of the interviewee and some past work experience examples.

Even for an administrative position, they prefer candidates who have a mindset geared toward contributing to the company’s profitability. You better have ambition to get a license on real estate.
Personality driven interview. Asked questions/lead conversation as if I had the job. Overall felt unprofessional. Don't need to prep much just need to be able to hold a decent conversation.

Interview
Es begann mit einem Persönlichkeitstest, danach eine lange Vorstellung der Struktur von Remax, Fragerunde, Begehung der Räumlichkeiten und Vorstellung der Mitarbeiter. Zwei Stunden dort verbracht nur um ein Probearbeiten auszumachen.
