RE Partners interview questions

The company lacks integrity. RE told me I would take a written test. They told me what the passing mark would be. The test itself was relevant to the work, and on the harder side compared to most written tests. I exceeded the passing mark, and they then indicated they could only pay up to 20% less than the minimum listed in the job posting. I chose not to proceed to the next round of interviews.
