I went through 3 rounds of interviews. 1 by phone and 2 in person. Honestly, this agency seems to be going through some stuff. A ton of turn over this year and they struck me as not very trusting of the staff. Also, it became somewhat clear after the third interview that there was no real open role, they were just testing the market.
I just wanted to acknowledge your feedback. I will pass this along to our team that handles interview screenings, and I'm sorry we gave you the impression that we are not trusting of our team and that we're shopping as that's far from the truth. We are sincere when it comes to finding the right team member while growing our small but mighty team, as we know first hand how disruptive it is to a small agency to experience on-boarding and then letting someone go shortly thereafter. We appreciate your time in meeting with us for 3 rounds of interviews. -CYL
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RED VELVET (Austin, TX) in Mar 2023
Interview
Had two interviews with recruiters but didn’t get to really connect with anyone there. I had international experience but not local experience which probably affected me. The interviews weren’t hard but it wasn’t direct with company
The interview was a half hour phone call where we went over my resume and experience. She asked relevant and strait forward questions and even though I didn't receive an offer, I get the impression that the company knows what they are looking for and won't waste your time if they don't feel like it's a good fit. I did ask for feedback post interview, but unfortunately didn't receive a response.
