Interview
They called and interviewed me first over the phone, then interviewed me at the office. They were really nice about it, asked me questions about my experience and what type of values I have. I really appreciate the fact that they have values since most call centers don't really care about turn-over. A few days after that they gave me a call letting me know I got the job and made sure that I was still okay to train on the schedule we talked about during the interview.
