Three rounds (all online) - pretty smooth process and the interviews were fit-based. There was no case study / technical element. There was also an in person component at the start as a senior exec happened to be flying through my city.

Question 1
How was your prior experience prepared you for this launcher role?
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at REEF Technology (Tampa, FL) in Aug 2021
Interview
Job was listed as Project Manager, despite not being so.
HR told me that was simply to generate more attention as Launcher "shares similar duties". AKA they lied to get more applicants.
Interviewer was nice but very assertive. Very shady interview process. Would not reccomend working for this company based on this interview alone.
I was expecting project manager duties/job, but Launchers actually just driving around to look for old parking garages. What a joke.

Question 1
Tell me about youself?
Why are you out of work?
Do you have a car?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at REEF Technology in July 2021
Interview
I interviewed for this job three times, and made it very clear that I was very interested in the position. I also made it clear that I would need to move quite a distance to work the job, and that that was fine with me, so long as I had enough advance notice to make arrangements. I waited a week, with no word from the hiring manager, who had been in communication with me before, arranging these interviews, before I emailed her, asking if she could tell me what the timeline would be for hiring. No response. I waited another week, and emailed a supervisor with the same question. She told me to email the hiring manager. I did. No response. I waited another week - so three weeks post-interview #3. No word. It's okay to not respond to a resume/application. I might even give someone leeway on no response after a first interview (though a decent company should still contact you), but with three interviews, making it very clear both parties are very interested in the job? No response is unacceptable and displays a very disorganized hierarchal, and internal system. I would not recommend interviewing with this company.
