REMODEL USA interview questions

Contacted by one of the field training managers with a very formal interview which was more to identify personable skills. Then a 2nd interview was set up with a regional manager where basic info was asked about past performance. The company doesn't expect you to have any sales experience as they provide hands on training.

It was an interview via zoom and it went pretty well. I am hoping to learn more information from Glassdoor from previous employees. Some jobs sound too good to be true and I would like to make sure I am not going to waste my time.
