The interview process was great, very positive and non intimidating. I felt welcomed and I felt they were judging me on my character and values not just on my past experience.

Interview
I was referred by a few friends who love REVGEN. Then, I talked with a recruiting manager in an office after applying online- friendly conversation with thoughtful questions. The questions are designed to make you talk about your strengths and weaknesses, your past mistakes and what you learned. They also called my references and had thoughtful conversations there.

What would your previous supervisor say you did well & could have done better in your last position.
The people I interviewed with were very nice and it was very informal so it made it easier to talk. Thought it went very well but didn’t hear back for a long time after I repeatedly called and emailed looking for any feedback.
