Had an interview and met with styling manager. Was simple basic interview. I was then invited to a second interview. Where I was asked to create a presentation to bring with me. I needed to identify 2 trends the REVOLVE girl would like and adapt to for the upcoming season. As well as create a mood/trend board of who the REVOLVE girl was/is. As well as find an influencer not yet affiliated with the company, who would be a good fit. I also was asked to style a couple pieces of clothing all within the 2nd interview.

Only reached 2nd part of interview. Completed half hour phone call interview and FaceTime call. As I followed up daily after the FaceTime interview, they failed to respond. Even if I failed to make it to an in-person interview, a notice would suffice instead of complete silence.
