Interview
I went in and had an interview with the controller. After I spoke with her I met the Operations Manager briefly. The next day I came in and met the Owner of the company. I received an offer letter via email after I met with the Owner.

Interview
Initial communication was via email and then a short phone interview. Later traveled to Manhattan for a face to face interview. It was a rather long interview with the interviewer spending plenty of time reviewing the company, it's goals and expectations. I was introduced to office staff and everyone seemed very friendly and happy to be working there.
