Difficult. they ghost you and dont update you on the status of your application. I I did two rounds with middle level people and a writing assignment. the assignment is really annoying and stupid.

Great interview, loved the process. Didn't get the offer, but I was still happy to chat with the team and enjoyed the connections I made. I think the interviewers were very interesting and seemed passionate about their work.
