First was a phone interview. They asked mostly about experience, education, and how it's applicable to the position. Next was face to face panel interview with the owner and a few managers. Most questions were behavioral/situational, asking you about scenarios that show how you would perform in the position you are applying for. Everyone was friendly, not overly structured. After this, you are given a personality test to take at home. This test is an I/O Psychology based test that determines if your personality aligns well with the position you are applying for. After the results from the test are determined, the company makes its decision.
