The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RH in July 2010
Interview
I submitted my resume on line. When I didn't hear anything, I walked my resume into the store. The store manager was unavailable. I called to see if my resume had been looked at. There was some rustling around of paper followed by a pause (while reading) and then an, "OH! yes it's right here." The assistant manager and I talked briefly on the phone and set up a time for an interview. I came and interviewed with the store manager for about an hour and a half. Much of the interview was spent on the company's "Core Values." I then had a brief interview a week later with the assistant manager, which felt really like a formality and was offered the job at that interview.
Friendly staff, accommodating, the interview was casual and I enjoyed the environment. The atmosphere is nice. They asked broad and specific questions and they pay attention to attitude and personality. Try to look at your best
It was an easy process. It took a long time to hear from me them and did not know what to think for a while. So moved on with my search in the mean time
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Toronto, ON) in Aug 2022
Interview
Round 1 with HR was general screening, a long casual chat where they ask you if you have any questions for them and then they get to now you.
Round 2 with Department head, went well. Sweet lady. Good chat. explained how things work there. Asked in detail about previous work experience. Said will move me to the next round with manager and that its very important to know about values at RH.
But ghosted after that. No response to multiple follow up emails
