I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Minneapolis, MN) in Apr 2021
Interview
Very simple and easy, eye opening to their values and the what the company wants in an employee. It was not intimidating at all and made me want to strive for the best.
phone interview with HR ( to make sure I was a good fit with the company culture and aligned with salary proposal )
in person interview with Manager
Zoom interview with field manager
Phone call, very quick ~10 min. They were late calling me and didn't even acknowledge it. Started with reviewing my resume and my last 2 relevant job experiences, then they wanted to know about previous unrelated work experience (I'm transitioning careers). Kept going around the bush basically trying to find out if I had retail/sales experience. The role is basically sales/retail they just make it sound nice with a fancy title, and that's not what I was looking for either way
I applied online. I interviewed at RH (West Hollywood, CA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Super long but they were very good about communicating through the whole process so it remained seamless. Overall it was a good experience and I commend the team for being so thorough.
