I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at RH (Oak Brook, IL) in Apr 2022
Interview
I had an initial zoom interview where I was informed about the role I was applying for as well as various roles they had within the company.
Then I was called in for an in-person interview at the gallery where we talked a little more in-depth about the role and about the company.
I have another interview coming up with soemone who is higher up in the chain.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They are very focused on their core values, I was asked to read them and then call out what I found interesting.
phone interview with HR ( to make sure I was a good fit with the company culture and aligned with salary proposal )
in person interview with Manager
Zoom interview with field manager
Phone call, very quick ~10 min. They were late calling me and didn't even acknowledge it. Started with reviewing my resume and my last 2 relevant job experiences, then they wanted to know about previous unrelated work experience (I'm transitioning careers). Kept going around the bush basically trying to find out if I had retail/sales experience. The role is basically sales/retail they just make it sound nice with a fancy title, and that's not what I was looking for either way
I applied online. I interviewed at RH (West Hollywood, CA) in Jan 2026
Interview
Super long but they were very good about communicating through the whole process so it remained seamless. Overall it was a good experience and I commend the team for being so thorough.
