I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at RH (Denver, CO) in June 2015
Interview
The interview process is quite involved and time consuming. I have had two interviews over the past 2.5 months, and am told my third (and final) interview will take place in another 3-4 weeks. I did get an offer, but it was not for the position I interviewed for. After completing two of three interviews for a full-time salaried interior designer, I was offered a position as a part-time sales associate/designer, which I declined. I am still interested in the full-time position and am hoping to be contacted for the next step in the interview process for that.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How good are you at accepting feedback from management or co-workers, and what is an example of some feedback you received recently?
Had three interviews - two with the store manager and one with the regional manager. Overall casual feel, but certainly making sure that the person can handle the job when they interview and don't sugar coat.
I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH (Red Bank, NJ)
Interview
The process was relatively easy. Something felt very off though. I don’t think they were actually hiring for the posted position. Also their beliefs are very strange. One of the beliefs they made me read during the interview is about if you work at RH, your job is your life.

Question 1
To read a list of their beliefs and describe how that resonated with me.
Very long, 4 interviews plus a presentation. Each interview around 1-1.15 hours. You need to dress to impress and learn about their values. They care about you as a person and expect you to talk about family, background, and your free time.
