I applied online. I interviewed at RH (New York, NY) in July 2022
Interview
They interviewed me only for me to find out that they just like to conduct interviews and they don’t really have any spots open right now… I flew from another state for the interview. How do you conduct an interview for a job that doesn’t exist? This is a common practice and I don’t have any idea why they would do this. It was a complete waste of my time.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at RH (West Hollywood, CA) in Oct 2018
Interview
I was contacted by a in house recruiter via LinkedIn. She asked if I was interested in a position in Orange County. I said it was too far for me, but I would be interested in one in West Hollywood. She called me the following day and set up an interview with West Hollywood. It was by far the most unprofessional experience of my 17 year career. They kept me waiting for over a 1/2 hour. When the interviewers arrived they had no idea what I was interviewing for. That had not seen my portfolio or resume. They could not give me any information on the position what I would be doing in the company. It was not for me. I called the recruiter and told her I was not interested in moving forward.
