caution; they advertise "competitive salary", but they offer below market salaries. we are talking significant discrepancies for direct line (below "living wage" to noncompetitive) to management (far below competitive wage). they will eagerly take you through the process only to surprise you. ask upfront. of course administrator are paid competitive to above on wages/benefits.
