The interview process was well organized and conducted in a professional manner. The interviewer started by introducing the company and explaining the role and responsibilities in detail. Most of the questions focused on my previous procurement experience, including spend analysis, identifying cost-saving opportunities, preparing procurement reports and dashboards, and handling supplier-related activities. I was also asked to walk through my career background and explain specific projects I had worked on. The interview felt conversational rather than intimidating, and the interviewer gave me enough time to elaborate on my answers. Overall, it was a positive experience with relevant and practical questions that aligned with the position.

Quite easy and pretty basic/general question with two-way interaction, but please be flexible about interview schedule since it might involve someone from Head Office in Italy and other person in charge around the world (time zone different).
