During the easy Zoom call, they asked about work ethic and personality traits, focusing on reliability and communication. Since it’s a student worker position, you should have minimal difficulties overall.

It was not bad, just like a friendly conversation. They asked very standard questions, and facilitated the discussion. We probably just chatted for about 30 minutes, it could've been shorter but everyone liked to talk.

I saw a post on the RIT Student Employment Office website and I applied by email. I received a response within two days and I had my interview scheduled for the following week. After the interview I was given a offer the next day and I started working the week after.
