The process started off really well. I really clicked with the job description, of them looking for people who want to keep learning, which was me. I was scheduled an interview the next day. I get dressed up and show up to the interview with a panel of three people, and the interview seemingly went very well.
Over a month later, it's clear they've completed ghosted me. The people I interviewed won't even connect with me on LinkedIn.

A disgrace, an embarrassment to me and them. Could not believe their process went this way. How about having tenured employees give interviews instead of someone freshly hired. Just shows the lack of leadership and care for future employees. What a waste of time, not to mention an overall traviousty.
Thank you for your candid review of our interview process. We may be unorthodox in our interview process as we don't try and trick candidates with elaborate questions. Our primary goal is to share the experience of which you can expect to have while joining our sales team. We specifically are looking for three primary characteristics and when we discover them we believe that we can develop the other attributes needed for success in this career. As to the person that performs the interview; we ask our team leaders to conduct first round interviews (regardless of their personal tenure) as we wholeheartedly believe that a coach should have influence regarding the team members chosen for his or her team. Sorry that this experience did not meet your expectation and I am sure that you will find one that does. Best of luck to you in your future pursuits!
