It was thorough and they take the time to make share they are hiring someone that matches the culture and is a good fit for the department or company. I took an extensive IA test to make sure I was a good fit.
The process was lengthy but informative. I really enjoyed the manager I spoke with. The company history was very interesting and I got a quick tour of the facility. Everyone seemed very nice.

Asked basic interview questions, call lasted maybe 5-10 minutes. Make sure you know about the company and position applied for before interview. Did not make me feel rushed or pressured.
