RMA Group interview questions

Two rounds of phone screening and one round on-site panel interview with two people. Asked a lot of questions about the on hand experience and data analyzing skills. They value experience a lot and seems they want the kind of person can work with little guidance.

The HR prefer LinkedIn profiles, refer to the departmental head, who short-list the candidates, then the HR run through the first interview with phone, then departmental head has a telephonic or face-face interview; then finally HR discuss about the compensation on final face-face interview; the offer letter issued.
