RMC Readymix interview questions

Referred through our professor hence there was no interview as such. Hence you will require a contact in the company to get internship. However the company does not have any official periodical interview program.

4 rounds before getting selected - 1. Aptitude test- General aptitude and technical questions from concrete technology, basics of mechanics and reinforced concrete, 2. Group discussion, 3. HR Interview - panel consisting of 3 executives - (Regional Head, Regional HR and Global HR), 4. Technical Interview.
