Interview
First, they schedule your interview and won't show up for the interview after that they will tell you that the concerned person was busy and reschedule your interview and after that they won't show up again, Total time waste don't ever schedule the interview
Easy, a few rounds of behavioural testing, mostly interested in communication style. They try to judge if a candidate has a diverse set of skills outside of academics and want people who are able to show dynamism
