They ask you all the basic interview questions that you can think of such as, "why should we pick you?", "tell me about 2 weaknesses that you have" nothing too complicated

Initial email and in person interview with the department manager who asked few questions from the experiences in the resume.Received the offer letter immediately after the interview and then proper training was provided to improve the product knowledge

It's a 3 stage process. First a phone interview, then the Assistant Manager interviews you. If you succeed, you are brought in for a job offer by the Manager.
